Steele Fixed Auto Halifax is currently seeking qualified Red Seal Auto Body and Collision Technicians to join our growing team.

Compensation

• Flat rate structure ranging from $29.20 to $31.25 per hour based on experience, certifications and overall efficiency.
• Guaranteed Income: A biweekly minimum income is guaranteed calculated based on 64 flat-rate hours to ensure consistent earnings.
• Performance Incentive Program: Technicians are eligible for Steele Auto Group's Internal Performance Incentive Program which rewards productivity. For every flat-rate hour produced a contribution is made to a Personal Incentive Bank with automatic payouts issued annually.
