The Haskayne School of Business is currently seeking a Full-time Regular Recruitment Specialist.
The Recruitment Specialist in the Haskayne School of Business (HSB) is a member of the Marketing and Recruitment team and reports to the Director, Marketing and Recruitment. The role focuses on proactive recruitment and conversion of qualified applicants for HSB's graduate programs, including the Haskayne MBA, Executive MBA, and Master of Management. The role also supports the Admissions Team in the conversion process.
The Recruitment Specialist drives enrollment targets across Haskayne's graduate programs. Not meeting these targets impacts the school's finances.
The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities. As an external-facing role, they must build strong relationships with prospective companies and candidates, representing the school professionally. The position requires initiative, good judgment, and adherence to university policies.
Operationally, the incumbent should work in-office and in the community, with primary hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., with flexibility for evening and weekend events. Travel domestically and internationally may be required. This position is part of the AUPE Collective Bargaining Unit.
