What You’ll Do:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
  • Build and maintaina strong talent pipeline of accounting & finance professionals.
  • Conducthigh-volume outreach, including phone calls, cold calling, and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and assesscandidates to match them with the right opportunities.
  • Provide candidates withguidanceon the selection process and career opportunities.
  • Performreference and background checkson qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and assist inscheduling client interviews, preparing candidates, and debriefing.
  • Managesocial media presencerelated to recruitment activities.
  • Attendnetworking and industry eventsto build connections and increase brand awareness.

Client & Candidate Engagement

  • Maintainstrong relationshipswith candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Partner with theBusiness Development Teamto provide client-focused recruitment solutions.
  • Assist innegotiating employment termsand offer packages.
  • Communicate frequently with clients to understand theirimmediate and future hiring needs.
  • Establish and enhance theImpact Recruitment brandin the Western Canada market.
  • Identify opportunities togrow our businesswhile working closely with candidates and clients.
  • Support theBusiness Development Teamas a recruitment expert in client discussions.
  • Actively contribute tosales and recruitment strategiesto drive company success.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 yearsof professional experience in recruitment, sales, or a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Agrowth mindsetwith a passion for learning and professional development.
  • Strongcommunication,relationship-building, andconsultative sales skills.
  • A high sense ofurgencyand ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • University or post-secondary education(preferred).
  • Experience withATS/CRM systems(an asset).
  • Knowledge of theaccounting and finance industries or construction,trade(an asset, but not required—we will train!).
  • Ability to workindependentlywith minimal supervision.

What You’ll Gain

  • Base salary: $36,200 – $45,000 +uncapped commission structure(OTE $70,000 – $80,000 in year one).
