This Role:

Quadbridge is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent and Growth team. Reporting directly to the Senior Partner, Talent and Growth, this individual will play a critical role in supporting our hiring needs across our offices in Montreal, Kitchener, and Vancouver. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end candidate journey from job postings to initial screenings, ensuring an efficient, positive, and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, post, and manage job descriptions across internal and external job boards.
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and alignment with role requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Manage applicant flow, reviewing resumes and maintaining accurate records in our ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate interviews, maintain communication with candidates, and ensure smooth progression through the recruitment process.
  • Support Quadbridge’s hiring goals by managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies and employer branding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS considered an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills; articulate, professional, and approachable.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
