Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles in various fields and seniority levels, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build and report on monthly manpower hiring plans.
2. Create and publish job ads in various portals.
3. Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for eligible candidates.
5. Screen resumes and job applications.
6. Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
7. Interview candidates in person for various roles (junior, senior and executive).
8. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
9. Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
10. Host and participate in job fairs.
11. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
12. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role.
2. Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.
3. Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
5. Strong interpersonal skills.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
7. Team spirit.
8. Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
