Candidates who have no prior experience but have keen interest for the recruitment industry may be considered for a Talent Sourcer role

The Challenges
  • Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they align with job requirements.
  • Candidates profiling and scheduling interviews with clients and ensuring smooth interview arrangement.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and updates throughout the hiring process.
  • For someone with experience, you could be considered as an Account Manager where you would be in-charge of cold-calling and business development for new clients and establish strong working partnership with them.
