We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Drake International in Winnipeg.

What You'll Do :

  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions.
  • Prepare structured interview questions that comprehensively cover all aspects of the role.
  • Utilize automated tools to send reminders and updates efficiently.
  • Ensure all employee information is current, including tax forms and direct deposit details.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time using payroll software.

What We're Looking For :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment role.
  • Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures, including email, spreadsheets, file management, and other office systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
  • Advanced multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and clients simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues during the recruitment process.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Driven and excels in a fast-paced environment.
