About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruiting within healthcare and/or professional services. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final placement, while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Please note: This is an in-office role based out of our Scarborough headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Source top talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
  2. Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with client needs
  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients in healthcare and professional services
  4. Guide candidates and clients through the full recruitment process with expertise and care
  5. Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial contact to placement
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database
  7. Meet and exceed individual and team targets/KPIs
  8. Stay current with industry trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations

Job Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare and/or professional services (IT, accounting & finance, or administration)
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  4. Proficiency with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
  5. Advanced MS Office skills and openness to learning new tools
  6. Experience with Zoho is an asset
  7. Positive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
