We’re looking for a recruitment consultant with an understanding of the industrial sector and a passion for connecting the right people to the right roles. Whether you're welcoming new hires or selecting top talent, your ability to thrive in warehouse environments will be key to your success.

At Bedard Resources, we believe in the potential for growth. For nearly 30 years, our human resources firm has been helping companies across all industries find the right people. Our team brings together experts in every field, and our reputation is recognized across Canada.

Tasks
  • With your infectious energy, you welcome and fully integrate new employees.
  • You like to get involved with your employees by investing yourself with them: knowing their career goals and accompanying them in their professional development with managers.
  • You approve timesheets, manage schedules, and follow up on cases of absenteeism.
  • You are an ambassador for health and safety at work and, with our OHS team, ensure that our employees always work in a safe environment by enforcing the best health and safety practices.
  • Recruitment
  • Notification of a new applicant? You quickly contact each of the potential candidates and make a telephone pre-selection.
  • For all the positions you have posted, you meet the candidates to evaluate their profile and assign them to the right job.
  • Each candidate has the chance to build a lasting relationship with you, and you do not hesitate to promote our available positions to them.
  • You like to visit job locations to familiarize yourself with the environment and team you hire for.
  • You support growth projects and do not hesitate to extend your contacts in the field of industry by embracing your sense of business development.
  • You are flexible and open to all other related tasks.
Advantages
  • We recognize your hard work, which is why we offer you a highly competitive salary and a full range of benefits.
  • We celebrate you with a paid day off on your birthday AND work anniversary.
  • When you are on the road to visit clients, you are entitled to a reimbursement of mileage.
  • Starting with 3 weeks of pro-rated vacation; a 4th week accrues after three years.
  • You get 5 wellness days to use each year as you wish.
Job requirements
  • You have about 2 years of experience in personnel and customer service management.
  • Recruitment and integration of new employees are not unknown to you because you have done this before.
  • You have access to a vehicle to visit clients in the greater metropolitan area.
  • Your computer skills include being comfortable with the MS Office programs.
Desired profile
  • Human contacts and challenges motivate you to excel on a daily basis.
  • You are brimming with energy and you do not fail to see the positive in every situation.
  • Rapid evolution does not scare you. You know how to turn on a dime and make important decisions quickly.
  • You stand out because of the quality of your work ethic and excellent customer service skills.

Joining our company means becoming part of a dynamic team where people are at the heart of every decision. For several decades, we have built our success on strong values, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for service. Today, we are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to actively contribute to the management and development of our talent.

In this strategic and operational role, you will be at the center of initiatives aimed at optimizing the employee experience, strengthening our culture of engagement, and supporting business growth.
