Overview

Recruitment Advisor (French / English) - Brossard, QC at 123Dentist — a strategic role in talent acquisition within Canada’s largest network of dental practices. Location : Brossard, QC. This position focuses on identifying and attracting top talent for a rapidly expanding network of dental clinics, acting as a strategic partner to optimize recruitment processes through innovative approaches, AI, and ATS.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle in collaboration with the team lead : needs assessment, requisition creation, posting strategy, sourcing, and pre-screening.
  • Advise managers on workforce planning and support them in optimizing assessment methods.
  • Use ATS tools proactively to streamline and professionalize the candidate experience.
  • Implement advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases) to meet urgent or complex hiring needs.
  • Write compelling job postings and collaborate on interview content.
  • Coordinate campaigns with external partners (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Support HR and payroll teams to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process.
  • Develop new recruitment channels and innovative strategies to reach a broad range of qualified professionals.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions via the campus manager to promote the next generation in the dental field.
  • Provide recruitment analytics and reporting to identify trends and recommend targeted actions.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Experience in recruitment or relationships with dental institutions is a significant asset.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS), ATS (e.g., ADP), and recruitment platforms.
  • Bilingualism (French / English) preferred to reach a broader talent pool.
