Their know-how and commitment to excellence make them a key player in the sector.

Mission:

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, as Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining needs to integrating talent.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify their specific needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure regular follow-up on recruitment progress.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and optimize the process by identifying obstacles and proposing effective solutions.
  • Provide strategic advice based on market trends and best practices.
  • Write and disseminate impactful advertisements on relevant platforms to attract the right profiles.
