We’re hiring a Recruiting Technology Lead to drive the transformation of Lyft’s recruiting systems and processes. In this role, you will design, configure, and optimize systems like Greenhouse, GoodTime, Workday, and other tools to improve recruiter efficiency, candidate experience, and data integrity. You'll partner with Talent Acquisition, Engineering, and broader HR Tech stakeholders to evolve our recruiting tech stack into a strategic enabler of Lyft's hiring goals.
This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who loves building at the intersection of technology, recruiting, and enterprise systems.

Lyft highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $122,000 - $152,500. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
