Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a six-month contract that may extend or become full-time. Candidates should have at least 6 months of relevant experience, be capable of managing a high volume of interviews, and have experience with scheduling and the Greenhouse platform. This position is only available for those living in Canada.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of recruiting coordinating experience.
• Experience working with a high volume of interviews (40-50 interviews/week).
• Experience as an HR or Recruiting Coordinator.

We have an enterprise tech client who is in need of a recruiting coordinator. This is a six-month contract with the potential to get extended or turn into full-time. Candidates must live in Canada.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of recruiting coordinating experience - scheduling & calendar management
• Have experience working with a high volume of interviews & scheduling - 40-50 interviews / week
• Have experience as an HR Coordinator or Recruiting Coordinator
• Have experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Have experience using Greenhouse
• Live in Canada
