As aRecruiting Assistantyour duties will include but not be limited to :
Providing the Talent Acquisition Team with administrative support by overseeing Recruitment Coordination tasks such interview scheduling, raising / judging background checks, facilitating onboarding, and orientation
Participating in organizing New Hire Orientation, and reporting and tracking as necessary
Supporting special initiatives connected to recruitment operations as assigned
Qualifications required for theRecruiting Assistantinclude :
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years previous administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
