Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle—including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. This role plays a critical part in building a talented workforce and ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, careers page).
- Source and screen candidates using databases, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and manage the interview process, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers in a timely and professional manner.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Onboarding & New Hire Integration
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits, coordinating IT and access needs, and scheduling orientation sessions.
- Conduct new hire orientation to introduce company culture, policies, and processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during their initial transition period.
- Collaborate with managers and departments to ensure new hires receive adequate training and support.
- Collect feedback from new employees to continuously improve the onboarding process.
HR Administrative Support
- Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Help administer HR programs, including benefits enrollment, training coordination, and performance review logistics.
- Support HR in employee engagement initiatives, and event planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or related role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
