Job Description

The Recruiter interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing and managing recruitment programs
• Screen resumes, conduct background and reference checks
• Perform initial and interview screenings with candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection and compensation negotiations
• Source candidates through various channels including internet, community organizations, colleges, and networks
• Maintain accurate records using ATS and HRIS tools
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and standards
• Develop in-depth knowledge of role requirements and behavioral competencies
• Represent the company professionally to candidates and external partners
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude

Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate skills, integrity, and compassion. Additional qualifications include:

Benefits and Compensation
