Recruiter (Temporary – 4 Months)
Location : New Westminster, BC (Hybrid Potential)
Compensation : $31–$33 / hour + 4% vacation pay
We are currently seeking a Recruiter for a 4-month temporary assignment with one of our nonprofit sector clients. This role offers hybrid flexibility and an opportunity to contribute to inclusive hiring practices in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with hiring managers
Maintain active candidate pipelines and provide a seamless hiring experience
Ensure hiring practices are equitable, inclusive, and aligned with the organization’s mission and values
Qualifications :
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (nonprofit experience )
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to equity, diversity, and cultural safety
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
