WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Put your people skills to the test as a Recruiter; sourcing, researching, screening, and interviewing candidates for high-volume seasonal job openings in a resort setting.

You will make job offers and coordinate the onboarding of successful candidates. You will act as a liaison between Business Units and Community/International partners to source and select the best candidates.

• Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their needs and find the perfect candidates. You will be the bridge between hiring managers and talent.
• Use social media savvy to promote employment at Blue Mountain.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist top candidates using your interview and people skills.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to interview candidates and make final hiring decisions.
• Input resumes and candidate profiles, create employment contracts, and make job offers.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events locally and internationally.
