Job Title: Recruiter - Advanced

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Duration: 12+ Months

Daily Responsibilities:

1. 3-9 years experience recruiting for positions up to Executive/Managing Director level
2. Experience working with e-Recruitment tools and behavioral based Interviews
3. Strong sourcing skills to locate candidates with rare skill sets
4. Excellent relationship building skills and proven ability to provide value added consultative service
5. Strong client service orientation

Must Have Skills:

1. Possess or working towards Certified Human Resources Management (CHRP) certificate – would be an asset
2. Bilingualism (English and French), as you will regularly do business with Client partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.

Soft Skills:

1. Strong sourcing skills to locate candidates with rare skill sets
2. Excellent relationship building skills and proven ability to provide value added consultative service
3. Strong client service orientation
