What you'll do
  1. Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.
  2. Help innovative companies build outstanding teams.
  3. Collaborate with a team of recruiters and business development managers to promote top-tier IT professionals in leadership and specialist roles.
  4. Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with diverse, tech-skilled candidates seeking new opportunities.
  5. Create meaningful connections with candidates to ensure a superior experience, guiding them with expertise and care.
  6. Provide market insights and advise internal partners and clients on candidate experiences.
  7. Deliver on critical finance projects and high-stakes leadership hires.
Who you are
  1. Proven closer: At least two years' experience recruiting for IT roles with a successful placement record.
  2. Income driven: Motivated by results and eager to maximize commissions through successful placements.
  3. Relationship builder: Skilled at building rapport with clients and candidates for long-term partnerships.
  4. Strategic thinker: Capable of developing innovative sourcing strategies and building a talent pipeline.
