What you'll do
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.
- Help innovative companies build strong teams.
- Collaborate with a team of recruiters and business development managers to promote top-tier IT professionals in leadership and specialist roles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with diverse, tech-skilled candidates seeking new opportunities.
- Create meaningful connections to ensure a positive candidate experience, guiding them with expertise and care.
- Provide market insights and advise internal partners and clients on candidate experiences.
- Deliver on finance projects and leadership hires.
Who you are
- Proven closer: At least two years' experience recruiting for IT roles with successful placements.
- Income-driven: Motivated by results and eager to maximize commissions.
- Relationship builder: Skilled at building rapport with clients and candidates for long-term relationships.
- Strategic thinker: Capable of developing sourcing strategies and building a talent pipeline.
Must haves
- Ability to work on a flexible hybrid schedule.
- Willingness to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT/tech skillsets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior agency experience is an asset.
- Candidates with a sales background are encouraged to apply.
