What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.
• Help innovative companies build strong teams.
• Collaborate with a team of recruiters and business development managers to promote top-tier IT professionals in leadership and specialist roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with diverse, tech-skilled candidates seeking new opportunities.
• Create meaningful connections to ensure a positive candidate experience, guiding them with expertise and care.
• Provide market insights and advise internal partners and clients on candidate experiences.
• Deliver on finance projects and leadership hires.

Who you are

• Proven closer: At least two years' experience recruiting for IT roles with successful placements.
