What You’ll Do:

Build a Strong Talent Pipeline

  • Source, interview, and qualify candidates for in-demand roles using our proprietary database (MatchGuide) and referrals.
  • Develop a proactive pipeline of skilled candidates aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and interview summaries in MatchGuide.
  • Conduct in-person or video interviews and complete thorough reference checks.

Manage the Recruitment Process

  • Work closely with Account Executives to understand job requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts.
  • Present a shortlist of qualified candidates ensuring alignment with client specifications.
  • Prepare resumes for submission, schedule interviews, and provide coaching to candidates.

Support & Engage Consultants

  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout their assignment.
  • Assist with onboarding, timesheet management, and consultant check-ins.
  • Facilitate contract renewals and address consultant concerns in collaboration with Account Executives.

Ensure Compliance & Drive Performance

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices in all recruitment activities.
  • Track and report recruitment activities, ensuring data integrity within MatchGuide.
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma with minimum of 1-year external recruiting or customer facing service experience OR 2 years of high-level competitive sport/activity and/or leadership experience; OR other equivalent experience considered
  • OR High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years recruiting or customer facing experience
  • Experience with Federal recruitment a strong asset
  • Proven experience in a fast paced, metrics driven, working environment preferred
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships
  • Able to learn new complex ideas in a short time frame
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities
  • Has determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mile
  • Is confidential, professional, honest and works well both in teams and individually
  • Team oriented and collaborative
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media and in-person meetings
