Metco Installation is seeking skilled and motivated Racking Installers to join our growing team. We specialize in warehouse storage solutions, including cantilever, push-back, and pallet racking systems. We’re looking for individuals with the experience to safely and efficiently install racking systems while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience: Previous experience in racking installation or warehouse storage solutions is a must.
2. Skills: Ability to read blueprints, use power tools, and work at heights safely and efficiently.
3. Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
4. Certifications: Fall protection, aerial lift, forklift operation, and other relevant certifications are a plus.
5. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with crew members, project managers, and clients.

Responsibilities Include:

• Installing warehouse racking systems according to project specifications.
• Ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Bolting, securing, and adjusting racking components as required.
• Troubleshooting and resolving on-site challenges.
• Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met.
