Position Overview for a Recovery and Remarketing Manager:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recovery and Remarketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Recovery and Remarketing Manager plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining processes and procedures within the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can effectively oversee the recovery of assets, such as vehicles and their subsequent remarketing to maximize value.

Responsibilities for a Recovery and Remarketing Manager:

  • Develop and lead strategies to increase vehicle resale value and improve remarketing performance.
  • Manage inventory reviews to find resale opportunities, ensuring vehicles are priced and presented effectively.
  • Build strong partnerships with dealerships, wholesalers, and auction houses to expand sales channels.
  • Oversee market research to stay informed on trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing.
  • Track and analyze sales data to measure success and improve remarketing efforts.
  • Create outreach programs to encourage trade-ins and repeat purchases from past customers.
  • Streamline recovery processes for repossessed or unpaid vehicles to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.
  • Work with finance teams to understand the financial impact of remarketing and recovery efforts.
  • Ensure all activities follow industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Lead and support teams across remarketing and recovery, promoting teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications for a Recovery and Remarketing Manager:

  • Ability to work in office.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive remarking and recovery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Financial & Loan Management Software
  • Proficiency in MS 365 (Office, Excel, Word & Teams)
