Terms of Employment
Permanent, Full-time, On-site, Day/Morning shifts, Starts as soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative services
- Evaluate departmental operations providing administrative services
- Manage operations of departments providing administrative services
- Collect and record administrative and service fees
- Assist in preparing annual budgets
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Supervise staff engaged in records management, security, finance, purchasing, HR, and other administrative services
- Ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Interview, hire, and train staff
- Manage budgets for projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
- Prepare reports for management committees
- Manage organizational knowledge
Supervision
Qualifications
- Master's degree
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience
- Computer skills: MS Office, MS Project, QuickBooks, Database, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, Accounting software
