A leading college in Canada is seeking a Records & Graduation Analyst to coordinate student records and graduation functions. The role involves ensuring the integrity of records, processing end-of-term activities, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Candidates should possess a relevant bachelor's degree and experience in a Registrar's Office, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Term of App't: Monday - Friday (35 hours/week)
Start date: Immediately
Reporting to: Associate Registrar, Records & Systems
Salary: | Classification 17, $32.73 - 33.74 per hour, as per the BCGEU Support Collective Agreement. Temporary employees also receive an additional $0.58/hour in lieu of benefits, as well as having 6% vacation pay paid out with each pay. |
Description: | The Records & Graduation Analyst coordinates and executes the student records and graduation functions of the Office of the Registrar, ensuring the maintenance, integrity and distribution of student records and graduation compliance. As an integral part of the Office of the Registrar's team, the incumbent will:
