Reporting to the Coordinator, Health Information & Privacy, and consistent with the Mission, Values and policies of St.Amant, the Records Analyst is a critical role in ensuring the success of St.Amant business and operations. Exemplifying the mission, vision and values of St.Amant, the Records Analyst works collaboratively with all St.Amant program areas while offering employees respectful customer service.
The Records Analyst provides analytical and data management support to Health Information Services and all St.Amant program areas. The Records Analyst also supports best practices related to the systems and processes involved in the collection, use, disclosure, correction and destruction of personal health information by St.Amant, and supports program audits ensure that appropriate confidentiality and privacy safeguards are in place. The Records Analyst consults all program areas on privacy related matters.
The Records Analyst participates in regular meetings and leads quality improvement initiatives related to health information management, business and health record keeping, and privacy.
