Birchwood Automotive Group is seeking a Reconditioning Advisor to manage administrative tasks for the department and handle repair orders. You will oversee Manitoba Safety Reports and assemble delivery folders, while assessing vehicle damage to recommend repairs.

Your role will support daily operations and improve efficiency in our Reconditioning Centre. The position offers a training ground for those exploring the automotive industry and working in a team-driven environment.Transportation to

Reporting Relationship:

This position reports directly to the Reconditioning Advisor Lead.

Job Summary:

The Reconditioning Advisor is responsible for all administrative tasks assigned to the department. The professional opens and closes all vehicle repair orders, oversees and documents Manitoba Safety Reports and assembles folders for vehicle delivery and will be physically looking at vehicle damage to advise for best repairs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the daily operations of the Reconditioning Centre in an effort to improve the department's efficiency. This position provides a fantastic training ground for candidates seeking to explore a better understanding of the automotive industry.
