Job Description

Safran Electrical Components, a subsidiary of Safran Electrical & Power, specializes in electrical components and is a global leader in harsh environment harnesses for landing gear and U.S. military applications. The role involves maintaining inventory records, locating and picking products, performing cycle counts, managing inventory levels, and supporting warehousing improvements and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and control procedures
• Locate and pick products based on manufacturing orders
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Participate in warehousing improvement projects
• Support daily operational needs and administrative tasks
• Adhere to quality, safety, and company policies
• Ensure safe and organized storage of inventory

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in inventory control and receiving
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of the aviation industry is preferred
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred
• Forklift certification is an asset

Additional Information

This position involves working with controlled goods and complies with Canada's Controlled Goods Program (CGP). Preference is given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents meeting security clearance requirements.
