We're Hiring: Bilingual Receptionist with Bookkeeping Skills

Duffy Water Treatment, a trusted name in providing high-quality, environmentally friendly water treatment solutions, is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our growing team!

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for customers and clients, you’ll represent our commitment to excellent service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, data entry, etc.)

  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Assisting with customer inquiries and sales-related activities (bonus eligible!)

What We're Looking For:
  • Fluency in both English and French is required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Basic experience with bookkeeping or accounting software
