The County of Lambton is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Clerk in its Long-Term Care division. This temporary part-time role (about 12 months) provides reception, clerical and accounting support for Elder trust accounts and business files, in line with County policies and Ministry regulations.
Responsibilities include trust account management, daily census input, billing and filing, plus coordinating with staff and the Administrator on outstanding accounts.

Provides receptionist, administrative, accounting and clerical support to the Home, while processing all Elder trust account transaction and maintains the Elder business files in accordance with County policies and procedures, Ministry of Long-Term Care regulations and any other related standards or legislation.
