We’re looking for a Receptionist / Telephone Operator to join our growing team!
The position is available in Montreal or Quebec.
What you’ll do here:
- Answer incoming calls and emails, and provide the required information.
- Greet visitors at the reception desk and inform the appropriate person of their arrival.
- Maintain and update telephone lists.
- Maintain the reception area and nearby conference rooms.
- Manage the digitization of emails.
- Provide support to the mailroom and in various administrative tasks, as required.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What you bring to the table:
- College diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least two years of administrative and customer service experience.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and various computer systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and superior customer service abilities.
- Fluency in French and English, and any other languages, an asset.
- Ability to collaborate and work well as part of a team.
- Reliability, adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational and interpersonal skills.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience is required; however, you must be eligible to work in Canada.
