Job description

We’re looking for a Receptionist / Telephone Operator to join our growing team!

The position is available in Montreal or Quebec.

What you’ll do here:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails, and provide the required information.
  • Greet visitors at the reception desk and inform the appropriate person of their arrival.
  • Maintain and update telephone lists.
  • Maintain the reception area and nearby conference rooms.
  • Manage the digitization of emails.
  • Provide support to the mailroom and in various administrative tasks, as required.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What you bring to the table:

  • College diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least two years of administrative and customer service experience.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and various computer systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and superior customer service abilities.
  • Fluency in French and English, and any other languages, an asset.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well as part of a team.
  • Reliability, adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and superior organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience is required; however, you must be eligible to work in Canada.
