Join Pacific Fertility as a Receptionist. Be the warm welcome our patients remember.

Your Role

As Our Receptionist, You’ll Be The First Point Of Contact For Patients, Helping Them Feel Comfortable And Supported From The Moment They Walk Through Our Doors. Your Daily Tasks Will Include

  • Answering phones & patient inquiries
  • Patient check-in & check-out
  • Scheduling & confirming appointments
  • Collecting payments & processing transactions
  • Preparing/receiving shipments & ordering catering
  • Coordinating meetings & events
  • Scanning, collating, and preparing essential paperwork
Schedule
  • Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays from 8 am to 4:30 pm
  • Saturdays and Stat Holidays* from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm
  • *Stat Holidays are rotational, generally about twice a year
What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is organized, compassionate, and a true team player.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 Years Of Medical Office Experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (a plus)
  • Strong typing and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written & spoken English communication
  • Experience handling emails and phone calls
  • Bonus: a second language is a big plus!
