The Part-Time, Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for individuals supported, families, employees, visitors, contractors, and community partners at Reena. This role is responsible for providing professional reception and administrative support while creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment that reflects Reena's mission, vision, and values.
Working collaboratively with program staff and internal departments, the Receptionist responds to inquiries, directs visitors, coordinates building access, manages incoming communications, and supports the efficient day-to-day operation of the residence. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This position will be located at Frankfort Family Reena Residence (FFRR), 165 Elm Ridge Drive, Toronto, ON M6B 1B5. Reena reserves the right to reassign this position to a different location due to operational needs.
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Thursday (5 pm - 9 pm)
