Job Purpose :

We are currently looking for a motivated, ambitious, dynamic team player to fill the position of Receptionist in our Oakville office.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Reception duties greeting guests and maintaining visitor log.
  • Creating and receiving PO’s, following up with accounts payable as needed.
  • General office duties in reception area.
  • Assist administrative assistant with additional tasks

Job Requirements :

Education & Certificates

  • High school diploma

Technical Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Detail orientated, Strong organization skills, ability to multitask, and determine priorities.
  • Professional phone manner.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good team player.
  • Ability to exhibit diplomacy and tact in dealing with a wide variety of people and positions.

Working Conditions :

  • Nearly always work indoors in corporate office environment with long periods of sitting
  • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
  • Employee may be required to perform Considerable level of specific tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, muscular action, body movements, working positions, posture changes, visual attentiveness).
