AutoCanada Inc., owner of Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley in Edmonton, AB, is seeking a part-time BDC Service Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, scheduling service appointments and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

The role requires strong communication, bilingual English and French, and solid computer skills. Day and evening shifts are available with competitive compensation and benefits.

Your area of focus.

As a BDC Service Receptionist in our bustling dealership, you will be the first point of contact for many of our valued customers, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. You will primarily handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, addressing general inquiries about sales and service, and connecting customers with the appropriate department or individual. A friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of dealership operations are essential for success in this fast-paced and customer-focused role.

What drives your day-to-day?

• Receiving incoming calls, as well as calls from clients to schedule service appointments
• Responding to customer inquiries

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this position is $18 – $20 Hourly — No bonus. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
