Receptionist (Full-time, Term) – Atlantic Road Construction & Paving

Atlantic Road Construction & Paving is a growing heavy civil construction company specializing in mass excavation, drilling & blasting, pipe & underground utilities, concrete placement and asphalt paving. We are currently looking to hire a friendly, energetic, well-organized individual to represent our company in a professional manner as the Receptionist. This is a term position where the successful candidate may start immediately, with a projected term end date of December 2025.

Requirements


  • Consistently reliable & punctual with a positive attitude.

  • Excellent customer service & communication skills.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality.

  • Able to effectively manage time & prioritize tasks while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Must maintain regular in-person office hours of 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
  • Reliable transportation to our office in Dartmouth.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Answering phones, greeting clients & directing various inquiries appropriately.
  • Basic administrative tasks.

  • Filing, copying & scanning documents.

  • Completing tasks for the CEO & President as required.
  • Light office housekeeping.
