Position Overview

Reporting to on-site management, the Receptionist will handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries professionally and positively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Answer all incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally;
  2. Redirect calls and take messages as needed;
  3. Greet, assist, and direct visitors;
  4. Manage internal mail and external mailing processes;
  5. Prepare packages and coordinate courier pickups;
  6. Manage meeting room schedules and bookings;
  7. Update contact and distribution lists;
  8. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked reception area;
  9. Assist with small administrative projects;
  10. Perform other duties as assigned;
  11. Uphold the organization’s values of ethics, morality, and integrity.

Qualifications

  1. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
  2. Reception experience is an asset;
  3. Professional telephone manner;
  4. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines;
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented;
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
