Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Receptionist to join the Frost GM team in Brampton, Canada. You will manage telephone communications, welcome customers, handle vehicle licensing and general administration.

Two years of reception experience, licensing experience preferred; Monday to Friday with Saturday shifts as needed. This role offers exposure to automotive dealership operations within a leading Canadian group.

Qualifications

• Telephone demeanor and ability to record messages accurately
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Pleasant, friendly manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to own problems and bring them to completion
• Remain calm and focused to deliver outstanding service

• Two years of reception experience, or equivalent
• Dealership experience preferred
• One-Eighty or CRM system experience preferred
• Must be available Monday to Friday with Saturday shifts as needed
• Licensing experience required

Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Receptionist to join the team at Frost GM .

Pay Rate: $40,000-$50,000

Responsibilities:

• Telephone communications and reception
• Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroomand inquire as to the purpose of their visit
• Vehicle licensing and administration
• Participate in dealer trade; prepare informationfor pick-up and collect receipts/payments
• Participate in administrative tasks
