We are currently seeking a professional, client-focused Receptionist / Client Relationsteam member for our Vancouver office.As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and seamless experience. This position also supports the daily operations of the office and contributes to our high standards of client service. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team that values professionalism, innovation, and care.This position will be in our Yaletown office full-time (Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm).Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct clients and visitors in a professional, and confidential manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls and inquiries
  • Schedule client appointments and meetings
  • Maintain andupdate client files, both physical and digital
  • Scan, and organize documents and correspondence
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Operate office equipment and manage office supply inventory
  • Ensure reception area remains organized
  • Maintainknowledge of YLaw’s services and confidentiality and adhere to office protocols
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a reception, client service, or administrativerole
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highlyorganized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment is an asset
Compensation, Benefits and Perks:
  • Salary: $48,000
