• Expertise in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-Mail).

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a positive and professional manner.
• Redirect calls as appropriate and take clear, concise messages when required.
• Greet, assist and direct all visitors.
• Sort and distribute internal mail.
• Stamp, deliver and maintain mail machine for external mail.
• Prepare packages and arrange courier pickup.
• Arrange meeting room scheduling and bookings.
• Update phone and distribution lists.
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked reception area.
• Assist with small projects as required by other administrative support;
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• To assist with small projects as required by other administrative support (i.e. labels, bulk mailing, etc.);
