The Opportunity

The Receptionist performs a variety of accounting, clerical, and receptionist duties associated with the daily operation of an effective business office. The receptionist also assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

What Is In It For You
  • Maintains department files and records, including correspondence, forms, and routine office reports.
  • Receives incoming mail, coordinates distribution, and processes outgoing mail.
  • Answers telephone calls and greets visitors, responding to routine inquiries in person and by phone, relaying calls and messages to appropriate personnel.
What You Will Need
  • Previous experience in a similar position, including knowledge of office procedures and elementary bookkeeping.
  • Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., Medical/Office Assistant) is an asset.

Wage Leveling Salary: $24.80 per hour
