KGS Group is seeking aReceptionist / Administrative Assistantto join our Thunder Bay office.

*Note:This is an 18-month term position with potential for extension.

The Role

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering incoming calls, greeting clients or visitors in an efficient and courteous manner, general office support and assisting in other administration jobs as required.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Receive calls
  • Greet clients in a respectful and courteous manner
  • Receive and send out courier packages
  • Provide administrative support services to leadership team and other employees
  • Provide administrative support for the development and submission of time sensitive documents including reports, proposals, letters, memos, and presentations
  • Work with MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and Outlook on a regular basis to assist with the preparation of reports and proposals
  • Event plan for conferences, training activities, and special events
  • Print proposals and reports in accordance with client requests

About You

To fill the role, we’re looking for an applicant to bring forward a good mix of qualifications and previous experience. Some highlights could include:
