A specialist insurance company in Toronto is looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to enhance their front office operations. Ecclesiastical Insurance Canada, which is proudly part of Benefact Group, is looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team in our downtown Toronto office.
Position overview :
The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will be on-site 5 days a week and is responsible for maintaining a professional, welcoming, and organized front office environment. This role supports the smooth operation of daily business activities by managing incoming calls and visitors, coordinating mail and courier services, maintaining office and kitchen supplies, and ensuring overall office cleanliness. The position also provides administrative and clerical support for meetings, events, and general office functions, contributing to an efficient and positive workplace experience.
