North Ridge Development Corporation, a leader in the residential construction industry, has an opening for a full-time permanent Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The regular hours of work are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Answer all incoming calls in a polite manner and where possible handle callers inquiries or redirect call to appropriate person.
Greet, assist and/or direct walk-in visitors in a pleasant manner.
Manage office supply needs, and place orders with vendors.
Coordinate outgoing mail and packages.
Package and coordinate courier pickups.
Open, date stamp, sort and distribute all incoming mail.
Receive and record all incoming monies and provide to direct manager.
Sort cheques for mail or pick up on cheque run days.
Maintain boardroom and closing room appointment bookings, set up, and clean up rooms as required.
Keep phone list (cell, office and home) up to date and distribute to all staff.
Draft and transcribe documents and letters as requested.
Forward absence notifications from staff to Payroll, Human Resources and the appropriate manager.
Perform administrative duties for office staff including, but not limited to, printing, copying, scanning and filing.
Requirements:
Work experience with multiple phone lines would be considered an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient time management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Self motivated
Exemplary customer service
High attention to detail
Must be able to work in Canada legally
Must be a permanent resident of Saskatchewan
