Responsibilities:
  1. Be the friendly face and voice that welcomes visitors, answers phones, and provides excellent customer service.

  2. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and tender documents, ensuring deadlines are met.

  3. Support office coordination, including moves/relocations, booking meeting rooms, and assisting with monthly billing and contracts.

  4. Maintain office equipment, follow up on repairs, and keep everything running smoothly.

  5. Assist with administrative tasks like typing, document distribution, data entry, and creating office protocols when needed.

  6. At least 1 year office experience.
