The Role:

The Receptionist provides clerical and reception support for daily operations and promotes a culture of safety and well-being for residents. This role supports the Foundation’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating a multi-line switchboard, answering inquiries, routing calls
  • Greeting visitors, scheduling tours, maintaining records
  • Managing mail, courier, taxi arrangements, room bookings
  • Updating resident lists, preparing documents, entering data
  • Assisting with sale of vouchers, activating parking fobs, and other duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For:

Education: Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
