The Brenda Strafford Foundation (BSF) is a charitable organization that currently owns and operates five Aging Care & Senior Living communities in Calgary, AB, and Okotoks, AB. We take pride in providing a safe, caring, and comfortable home environment that caters to the complex needs of our senior residents and families. Locally, in Calgary, BSF also operates Alberta’s largest second-stage shelter providing safe shelter and comprehensive support services to women and children leaving abuse and violence.

The objective of the Receptionist role is to provide a variety of clerical and reception associated with daily operations.
As a representative of the Brenda Strafford Foundation, the Receptionist is an active participant in The Foundation’s efforts to support an environment promoting a culture of resident safety and freedom from harm or injury. This role is also accountable to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values and the achievement of the strategic priorities of The Foundation.
This position is accountable for ethical practice and the understanding of ethical behaviour and reporting as defined by The Brenda Strafford Foundation’s policy and process.
