  • Experience handling a busy switchboard with multiple lines
  • Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and efficient in managing responsibilities
  • Professional, dependable, and comfortable in a structured office environment

A Day in the Life

  • Answering and transferring incoming calls via the switchboard
  • Greeting customers in person and over the phone
  • Managing a shared inbox to triage and redirect office inquiries
  • Liaising with office and building maintenance firms
  • Processing insurance licensing
  • Coordinating courier services (arranging pick-ups, tracking deliveries, maintaining supplies, and distribution)
  • Coding and submitting invoices for payment
  • Assisting with boardroom bookings, catering, setup, and cleanup
  • Placing, tracking, and stocking various office supplies
  • Providing general office support as needed
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees (e.g., phone setup, name plate)
  • Placing service calls for office equipment
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
