Reena in Toronto is seeking an Administrative Assistant & Receptionist to provide ongoing receptionist and administrative support at the assigned location and back-up coverage as required.
The role involves greeting visitors, handling inquiries, filing, data entry, scheduling, and coordinating team meetings while upholding Reena's mission and values.
The Administrative Assistant & Receptionist is responsible to provide ongoing receptionist and administrative support to Reena at an assigned work location and provide back up support where required. Duties will include, but not limited to serving all visitors, residents and staff in a welcoming manner and directing them appropriately, notifying staff/residents of visitor arrival, maintaining telecommunications systems, responding to both internal and external inquiries, mail and parcel delivery tracking and management, scheduling meetings and appointments and working collaboratively with staff and external visitors while operating in a professional and respectful manner that promotes the mission, mandate and values of Reena.
